A one-day introduction to Scrum and agile software development techniques. The course provides an unbiased overview of Scrum that equips participants with the knowledge they need to decide if Srum is the right approach for their organisation.

The course assumes no prior knowledge of Scrum or agile software development and includes a number of short exercises designed to give participants a practical feel for Scrum.
